REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR MARIN COUNTY US-101 PART TIME TRANSIT LANE PROJECT
The Transportation Authority of Marin (TAM) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the preparation of a Caltrans-compliant Project Study Report-Project Development Support (PSR-PDS) and Project Approval Environmental Document (PA/ED) for the MARIN COUNTY US-101 PART TIME TRANSIT LANE project. TAM is seeking qualified consultants to provide professional engineering and environmental evaluation services related to transportation engineering, transit operation, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualification Packages are due at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025. Interviews are tentatively scheduled for the week of March 10, 2025 during regular business hours. The Project is to be administered as a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Contract. Work will be in accordance with federal guidelines including 48 CFR and 49 CFR Part 18. Billings under this contract are expected to be approximately $750,000. This RFQ involves Federal Transit Administration funding and has no contract specific disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) goal set.
