The State Route (SR) 37 Corridor Ultimate Project (US 101 – I-80) Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study Public Meeting
Caltrans and its partners are pleased to invite you to learn about the Planning & Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study and share your thoughts on the future of the SR 37 Corridor during the first Public Meeting on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (Meeting link and information is provided below). The future of this critical transportation corridor demands finding solutions to current and future problems. It requires balancing transportation needs that enhance corridor resiliency against extreme events while facilitating ecological resilience, adaptability, and function in the study area.
At the upcoming May 26 Public Meeting, Caltrans and its partners will present what the PEL includes, share the draft Purpose and Need Statement, provide opportunity to comment on the Purpose and Need, and briefly share preliminary ideas under consideration. Please see the flyers linked below for ways to learn more about the PEL planning process and how to provide valuable input.
